All in stock items will ship from Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Your shipping cost is calculated on the weight of your order and distance from us. Items that qualify for "Free shipping" will ship anywhere within the continental U.S. Generally, new kiteboarding kites and boards will qualify for free standard shipping. Used/Demo and clearance items may be excluded. If you're unsure, give us a call and we'll be glad to help you!
Most items will ship within 24-48 hours (as long as they're in stock) and are usually processed on weekdays (barring holidays). In the event that your item isn't in stock, we'll reach out to you to let you know and ship it when we've got it. If you place your order by 4pm (EST), it will likely ship that very same day. In general, you'll receive your order between 3-5 business days from the time of shipment. There have been some occasional exceptions to that since Covid, meaning some packages may take as long as two weeks to arrive.
